Ive been to a lot of med spas in the city and this is hands down one of the best in town. Sarah Patel and the rest of staff here are absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I see Sarah for Dysport every 3-4 months and fillers as needed and it's been amazing! Everyone here is helpful, kind, patient focused, and very professional. I am highly sensitive to who provides me with my medspa services. These are cosmetic procedures but they are STILL medical and choosing the wrong provider can be a huge mistake. I completely trust Sarah and her entire team and would not go anywhere else. I cannot recommend Opulence enough. Their pricing is very fair especially for the high quality of work, the place is immaculately clean, and most importantly you will continue to look like yourself just refreshed.

Currently loving peptides! I absolutely love my injector Suzanne, she's professional, kind, and my results are always natural and beautiful. She introduced me to peptides and I’ve had such a positive experience. The peptide injections have been a great addition to my wellness routine and I’ve noticed significate positive changes. I sleep better, my muscle tone and strength has increased and lost belly fat as well as boosted mental function and mood. Suzanne took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the process easy and stress-free. There is zero high-pressure sales, no forced memberships, and absolutely no upselling beyond what is genuinely appropriate. Every recommendation is thoughtful, measured, and grounded in what is actually best for your personal goals, your health, and your long-term results—not what will generate the biggest invoice that day. Sarah is exceptional. She takes the time to listen, explains options clearly and honestly, and is never afraid to say less is more. That level of professionalism, medical experience, and transparency is rare in this industry and exactly why I trust her completely. I never feel rushed, sold to, or talked into anything unnecessary—only supported and informed. The staff as a whole deserve special mention. Everyone is consistently warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They truly go out of their way to work with my erratic schedule and make the entire experience seamless from start to finish, which is no small thing and very much appreciated. Despite living in Lincoln Park, where convenience would make it easy to go anywhere, I go out of my way to come to Lake Street specifically to see Sarah. She is the only person I trust with my face, and that trust has been earned through consistency, skill, and an obvious commitment to client wellbeing above all else. If you’re looking for a medspa with high standards, ethical practices, and a team that genuinely cares, this is it.
